I had a great experience at the hotel on Hillmannplatz. The location was perfect, with the train station and tram stop to the airport nearby. It was also a short walk to the city center. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful, even allowing us to check in early and getting our room ready. The room itself was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful stay. The Wi-Fi signal was also good, which was a plus.

The hotel was located in one of the best areas of the city center, just a few blocks from the main station. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary drink that was provided. The staff, including the owners and chambermaids, were very friendly and kind.

The hotel did not have an elevator, which could be a problem for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. At certain times, there was no one at the reception desk for easy check-in.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of an elevator. Having to climb up and down four flights of stairs with heavy luggage was quite exhausting.

The rooms at Hotel Am Hillmannplatz Nr.1 are simply fabulous! They are bright and cozy, making you feel right at home. I loved the free WiFi, perfect for staying connected. And can we talk about the free bottle of mineral water? Such a thoughtful touch! As a solo traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed having a desk in the room, ideal for getting some work done or planning my adventures. The cable TV was also a nice bonus for a bit of relaxation after a long day of exploring. Plus, the en suite bathrooms were spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I personally didn't find the seating area in some units very comfortable, but hey, that's just my personal preference. Others might still find it a cozy spot to relax and unwind.

Additionally, there are great restaurants nearby that serve delicious food even at late hours. The room itself was small but very comfortable, with new and clean linens. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite arriving late, the reception was closed, but the kind and helpful staff at the neighboring hotel, Best Western Schaper Siedenburg, assisted us with check-in and even arranged a taxi for our early morning airport transfer. Many thanks to both hotels for their excellent service!

The location of Am Hillmannplatz Nr.1 was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

In terms of our room, we were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the beds. Although there was no elevator and the stairs were a bit steep, it wasn't a major issue for us.
